Travelled in October 2013 Dear Christina and Aldo~ We are getting ready to head to the airport to leave Italy after an amazing 11 days. As we reflect back over our vacation the days we spent in Almafi coast and Sorrento are not only the best days of our trip but also hold some of our favorite moments in our lives. This was greatly in part because of your company and the exquisite hospitality and kindness of Michael. As business owners we understand the struggles of finding great people to represent your vision and culture of a business you have created. I can say with 100% certainty that Michael is representing your company at the highest level possible. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient with our questions, informative, respectful, and has a true love for Italy and the areas you service. This was our first trip to Italy and Michael was our very first impression of Italian people... because of him we will be back (I am hoping next year). Above all things he is filled with joy and we truly felt like he was a part of our family over the few days spent with him. Just so you know a few things he did that I felt were excellent examples of customer service: 1.He helped us learn Italian culture. Without him it would have taken me days to learn that meals come in 3 stages 2. Everywhere we went he was confident of how to get around. When interacting with other people from parking attendants, vineyard owners, and train station attendants he was respected and liked by all. 3. His driving was impeccable. I get car sick VERY easily and not once in the many hours and windy roads of Almafi did I feel sick. 4. His English was very good and we enjoyed having him teach us Italian as we hoped to help him even more with his English 5. He always opened the door and was accommodating 6. When he dropped us off at the train station in Naples he walked us in... and Thank God he did. I had no idea where to go or what to do. I also did not realize that the Florence stop was referred to Frenzie... something that would have taken me I'm sure a while to figure out. He helped me book tickets in the fast machine and when we realized we had 5 min to board he RAN with us to the correct car with our luggage to make sure we boarded safely. Because of his help in the Naples station I felt like a pro when we took another train from Florence to Rome a few days later. Michael now has a special place in our hearts and the Almafi/Sorrento coast is our idea of Heaven. We hope to be back may times and look forward to contacting you for your service again. I will be happy to recommend you to anyone we know traveling to the area. Thank you so much again. And please remind Michael that he is welcome to our home and city anytime as are you and Aldo. Travelled in November 2013 Hi Christina and Aldo, Kaphryn and I are back in Vancouver. I just wanted to write a quick note to thank you for everything and express how great of a time we had on the Amalfi Coast. We really enjoyed our tour and time spent with Aldo. Travelled in October 2013 Hello Christina Our group had an excellent day with your driver, Big Tony Senior, touring the Amalfi coast and Herculaneum last month. After a damp start, Tony even made the sun shine for us and was a mine of information and help. We visited fascinating places that larger vehicles could not reach and Tony regularly exchanged greetings with all sorts of local people en-route. An unforgettable day for all the right reasons and we are very happy to recommend Aldo Limos to others. Honky Tonky Jim McCready

Travelled Summer 2013 Hello Aldo, You sure made our trip to Paestum & Pompeii most memorable with the extra stops to see the water buffalo, the olive oil shop and especially the pizza joint on the side of the road.

Travelled in August 2013 Hello Christina and Aldo, Rosalie, Rob, Lindsey and I just wanted to thank you for all your work on our behalf -- it made our visit to your beautiful Amalfi coast absolutely perfect! Pasquale was wonderful -- he was waiting for us when we got off the ship, he was friendly, very knowledgeable and perhaps most important, he was an excellent driver (which is extremely important on those narrow, winding roads). He made it possible for us to see as much as we could in the time we had without feeling the slightest bit rushed. And he brought us to a very good "local" restaurant for lunch, which was a nice change from all the typical tourist places. We thoroughly enjoyed our day with him. And Aldo, we were very happy to meet you at the end of our day as well. An added bonus! The four of us have absolutely fallen in love with Italia, and we hope to return sometime soon. OCTOBER 2013 Hello Cris, Just a note to let you know we had a wonderful time with Tony the day he drove us around the Amalfi Coast. He arrived at the port very early and was waiting for us when we got off the tender. He treated us like family and helped us with our car rental and made sure my cell phone would work in Italy. I think he was a little worried to think we were going to be driving around Umbria on our own for a week. He put his cell phone number in my phone and he sent me a text to make sure we had arrived in Umbria safely. He definitely went over and above providing service. He also bought us a bottle of olive oil and gave it to us when we said good bye. I also want to thank Aldo for the discount he gave us when Tony picked us up at the port and discovered our friends were not with us. That was very kind. I will be putting a review on Trip Advisor soon. As you know, I can't say enough positive things about the service you provide. Should we ever get the chance to return to Italy I will definitely choose Aldo's Limos. Thank you again, Lynne Pistochini

Travelled in October Dear Aldo and Christine Thank you for helping us celebrate our Anniversary and also to Toni who provided everything we had hoped to achieve in one day. The cake was a really lovely surprise and we were able to get it back on board without any problems! It was lovely to speak to you Aldo and hope we can take a short break on the Amalfi coast in the near future and utilise your services again. The cruise was one of the best ever a friendly and happy ship with good food and some lovely ports of call. So a very big thank you to you all for organising our tour. Thank you for a wonderful day - Tony, our driver, was great - welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, making us all feel comfortable and at ease. He took us to see places we would not have seen with a big group tour. In only a few hours, we saw Pompeii, Sorrento and Positano and left feeling so enriched and yet not tired. Of our all port stops during our European cruise, i feel this was the highlight, thanks to Tony. Regards, Natalia
